After much time spent finding the size tire we needed by visiting various stores/tire centers, we can upon Mr. Tire Center. We telephoned and we’re told to come in with our tire and would be taken care of immediately. Met by a young polite professional(Devon) that answered our questions, determined inventory in stock and provided service needed within minutes!!! We would also thank Devon for the teaching moments he provided!! We will definitely use Mr. Tire Center again!!
Excellent service. Nice people. They did not have the tire in stock, so the boss went to the distributor and picked it. Got the tire mounted the same day and I was on my way!
This staff is friendly, honest, and professional. The location has a large waiting room to accommodate guests that are waiting. The technician, EJ, is extremely professional and will work with the customer to get the job done in a timely manner.
