Very relaxed, Mom & Pop feel shop, the kind of guys that know their business well - these are car people. I have had a lot of cars and drive for work so I've burned up a lot of them. I needed a new mechanic after I bought my last truck. It is a 6-speed manual and unfortunately my old mechanic royally buggered it up even after swearing they knew what they were doing. I always ask if people can work on it. These guys answered yes like I asked something silly. But the thing is, not everyone can. Even though I was a new customer, they treated me like I had been a loyal one for years. They got my car in fast, got it done faster, didn't nickel and dime on a single thing, and it was a fair price. While my first vehicle was in, my second vehicle broke down. I had it towed in. They didn't even waste my time letting me it's the transmission and they didn't think it should be fixed - I'm inclined to agree but it's nice that a shop isn't trying to sell you on a very expensive repair.
