Paul and Jeff have been taking care of me for 20 years! I was impressed on our first meeting and felt secure that I wasn’t being ripped off. I was dealing with knowledgeable and honest mechanics. I love Honda’s and won’t go anywhere else for service.

I was in the area to look at a used Honda that I wanted to have checked out prior to purchasing. I called around and Paul at J&D definitely sounded busy but said he would make the time to check it out. When I got there he was waiting outside for me and took us in the car while he test drove it. He was extremely thorough and asked questions other mechanics never seem to. He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. He was courteous, fair, thorough, listened to my thoughts and was very reasonably priced. If I was more local I would definitely choose him as a mechanic. I am so grateful I found him today!
