Been coming to Allen's for over 25 years. We've grown old together. Trust that man like a brother. Always satisfied with their work. No matter what. First person I go to whenever I have automotive concerns. Tina (his assisstant) every bit as contentious as Allen.

My son took my daughter’s car in and had a good experience over all. My rating is 4 stars, because he had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She told him they would not do an alignment and did not check with her manager first. This was an issue, because I called when they opened to find out the latest he could take the car in for an alignment and to have four tires replaced. She refused to honor this until she heard me on the phone. Yes, I was livid. Kudos to the mechanic and manager! Per the information received when I called, my son did not get there until after 3:00 p.m. and everything was completed in a couple hours. Her car drives much better now (no more shaky stirring wheel or hydroplaning) and the price was reasonable. I have only been to Chaney for this service, but other family members and friends have used them for various services and recommend them as well. I will be a repeat customer!

Fixed my AC, windshield wiper fluid motor, tires rotated and balanced, new battery, and oil changed. They were quick and managed to get me in and out in one day. All for a really good price too!
