I wanted to share my experience with everyone about this business, I was having trouble with my car starter and decided to stop by the dealership. I met the very nice gentlemen named, Melvin. He was super helpful and very nice, he explained everything to me and made the entire process so easy. I will be coming back again in the future. Make sure to ask for Melvin! he is the best!

In addition to great work done on cars, the customer service at Bowie Auto Clinic is outstanding especially in a time where it's hard to find good customer service anywhere. I am not only impressed by their car repair knowledge; I am most impressed by the wonderful, helpful staff--they really take the time to find out and explain what is wrong, what needs to be done, cost effective options, they do the research for you to compare prices... and Melvin and Shaun are SO VERY NICE (I'm sure they all are). And the environment is so pleasant--I would drive an hour to come to this shop. Many times mechanics take advantage of women who don't know about cars but not here!! I am SO pleased I found this repair shop--so pleased.
