A Month-long joke. In a serious of unfortunate events I was unlucky to get in an accident with no cars involved but my own on the drive up to DC. A five-hour drive mind you. My insurance company was quick, decisive, and pleasant in handling the logistics and process of the car- I wish I could say the same for the shop. My insurance partnered with this shop and I got occasional updates as follows: The first week the shop informs me that they need to first do an inspection and get in contact with my insurance to figure out the costs and general logistics. The second week I get an update saying the car will likely be fixed by mid to end the week. Halfway through that, I get an update saying additional damage was found and as such the time frame might be the end of the week to early next week but everything is covered under the insurance. The third week not a single update. The fourth week on Wednesday I call asking for an update. The woman at the shop says she'll get back to me. Unable to

I had body work and a paint job done here. Very good experience. Staff is professional and straightforward. Car looked great afterwards. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
