Audi Bethesda

So - I typically don't leave reviews of my car buying experience - I find it as much of a hassle as apartment sear hong, and tend to spend months looking for the right vehicle, often to find it either sold by the time I get there, or not what I expected. Dealers are often my last resort... However - Jacob at Audi Bethesda was a pleasure to deal with: we found a vehicle that both my wife's (mostly!) and my requirements, for a decent price, that wasn't oversold or pushed on us in any way. Jacob went out of his way to give us space and time, knowing the car was going to sell quickly. The buying experience a week later was straight forward, the finance team got me a better rate than I had coming in with my own financing, and everyone at the dealer was professional and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend Jacob and Audi Bethesda if you are in the market for a vehicle!

Great selection of inventory especially if you want an S model. I live about an hour away and found my local dealers would all require a special order with 4-6 months lead time. Audi Bethesda had plenty of inventory for the S3 I was interested in and Jonathan Milborn (Sales) and Brian Mukhin (Manager) were great to work with to make a deal happen on mutually acceptable terms. Nice locations and professional team. Will definitely consider them again for a future purchase.

Did not have a positive experience leasing from this dealership, starting with the car not being properly cleaned upon initial pick up and culminating with someone taping a bracket to rectify a faulty license plate holder. When I attempted to question if that was the best solution, he threw the equipment down and walked away. If you're looking for a top notch experience from start to finish, highly recommend you try another Audi dealership.
