My vehicle, 2016 Chrysler Town and Country touring mini-van was purchased after used as rental. It was like new with minimal mileage. It was damaged in crash - right light, bumper and fender. I drove my vehicle to Z Motors for repair during the 1st week of November. Did not receive it back until January 13. I did receive a rental at Z Motors expense. The son is personable. The father can be a bit much. When I finally received my vehicle, so many things were wrong. First, it was filled with dirt and dust. I had a terrible respiratory attack which lasted for weeks. Documents in glove compartment missing, including vehicle manual. When the fob turns in ignition, it sounds like old pans hitting together. While driving sounds like racing car. 1 roof light does not work. Other roof light does not work well. Roof light from back to front not properly replaced. Passenger side custom mat missing (still waiting to be called to pick up replacement). Tray behind center console missing. Engine mou
