Now that I'm a Mercedes Benz owner ???? This shop is my go to spot for everything Benzo. They are affordable and their work is legendary. They even will fix my body work for in city bumper scratches They are the best for German Manufacturers.
VERY condescending staff. Just lost me as a potential customer with the way that they spoke to me. I called to express exactly what was wrong and when I showed up in person they told me I hadn't told them the issue. They proceeded to talk down to me throughout the consultation. Perhaps it was because as a woman I must be too stupid to understand cars? The only upside here is that they did not charge me to look at my car so that one star was fairly earned. Lacking greatly in overall customer service etiquette.
