I can not say enough about the quality and service at precision tune auto. I developed a brake problem on my way from NY to DC. On a Saturday, during heavy rain. Not knowing the area, I called many places in Baltimore for help. Dee made me comfortable and confident the work would be done well. Both Dee and Trey, stayed when they could have been closing on the Saturday to ensure my car was taken care of. The work was done correctly and efficiently.
Usually I go to the dealer for certain services. However, I was referred to Precision Tune. First, the staff is completely friendly and inviting (special shout-out to you Mr. Charles). They listened to my problem and what I thought it could be. Then, the fixed the problem the SAME DAY! Where if you go to the dealer you’d be picking it up the next day or so…very honest, fast, and professional service. Go see them if you want your car fixed right without hassle and upsells.
