Firestone Complete Auto Care

This place is the definition of check the reviews before you go there. Avoid this location at all costs. I brought my car in requesting for a clutch replacement on a Monday. The manager David was in and told me they were busy and would not be able to work on the car that day but they would look at the car first thing tomorrow. David assured me it would be checked in the morning and I would receive a call early morning the next day. The next day arrived and this is where everything goes down hill and the customer service went right out the window. I had heard nothing about my car, I called numerous times from when they opened at 7 until someone finally picked up at 11 AM. It was David. He told me the car had numerous issues and that he would work up an estimate. He assured me that he would call me within a half an hour. A half an hour came and went and I didn't hear anything from David. 3 o'clock came around and I gave Firestone a call. It wasn't until 3:30 where another representative

Called to ask how long an oil change would take, was told an hour and a half, so I made an appointment. Dropped car off at 11am, was told I would get a call when ready. Didn’t hear a word by 3pm so I called. Was then told 40 minutes. I show up at 3:45 and my car has not moved from the spot I parked it that morning. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for them to do it when I showed up. Terrible service

My car was with Firestone since 2/09/23 until September when I took my car there My front bumper an my navigation system was fine when I picked my car up my front bumper was hanging off an my navigation was in another language I tried to resolve my issues with there store representative Dave but was unable to get my issues resolved I then called the corporate office I was given a claim number only to be shut down again there was a walk around performed on my vehicle the day it went in there to the Firestone on York Rd. in Baltimore,MD 21212 I am very unhappy with the way that service is dealing with my issues!!
