I have a VW Beetle and have used Mt. Washington Autohaus to maintain my car. Now reaching the 10 year mark on my car, I’ve run into numerous car issues and Brian and Richard have taken care of all of them. With my limited knowledge of cars I am able to explain the issue and Brian and Richard can identify and narrow down the issue. They make sure to take care of what needs to be done fully and completely. They are hands down my most favorite mechanics I’ve ever used. Courteous and well priced. 5 stars! Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Auto maintenance
I would not take a bicycle to Brian he was snippy and short to me and refused to fix my car. I have a 2000 Passat that is leaking transmission fluid and he told me my car is a mess and he didn't want to have anything to do with it. I brought it to him with all the parts. When he asked me to tow it from his lot, it is missing the cover for the engine. When I asked for it back he told me he didn't know where it was and hung up on me. I heard good things about him which is why I went to him but he was a huge disappointment, I wouldn't recommend him to a woman or someone who is any way passive or not a mechanic. I don't recommend him to anyone actually.
Called on 4/22 to ask if they are able to help with ECU removal on a BMW 335d. Person who answered the phone said it was too complicated for them and that they don't. One YouTube video and 10 minutes later I had it removed, it was very easy. If a place called "Autohaus" can't handle ECU removal on a car built in Munich, I'd be very concerned about the rest of their work.
