Fixed my box truck and got me on the road the next day. I think they fixed something extra, because one of the quirks is gon, but they only charged me for the repair and labor we discussed. Often, mechanics try to take advantage of women, but these guys were straight shooters. One of them even came out and got my truck going, so I didn't have to get it towed to the shop. Great service.

My daughter's car was towed here after a highway incident knocked something loose under her car, they took care of her with speed, kindness, empathy and professionalism and she was able to get home safely , thank you!!

Today was my first time here, and I have to say I’m extremely impressed with this place. After taking my car to my main mechanic pretty close to this place (right down the street in fact), I was still having some issues with my car so I decided to come here to get a second opinion. I’ve been having car issues for the past 6 months, because I needed a valve replaced. It was getting to the point where my engine would randomly cut out on me every once in a while. My main mechanic has been telling me there’s a shortage of these valves to be able to fix the problem, for 6 months, and wasn’t able to get the part! Here at Southwestern auto, they were able to order the part and have the problem fixed within a day. I wish I had brought my car to this place from the beginning!
