Dear Mike, I met Ted at 5pm today my tire blew out in Framingham 2 angels put my donut on By the time I got to Waltham !!!!!!donut air went from 60 to 30 no gas station would me!!! I know if I could make it to perfection When I arrived one man said let me check, THEN I met amazing man name Ted came over to me said I can help you I couldn’t believe it I’m so great full for meeting incredible person like Ted ????♥️????????

Last night my car broke down and needed a tow for a good distance from the Mass Pike. Kirk H, towing manager for Perfection Towing, arrived within minutes of being contacted by MAPfre emergency (ty, Joe). Kirk was efficient, thoughtful, and good company on the ride in the flatbed truck. I am grateful..I waltzed through the situation.
