After calling 5 places (for a leak in car), Tim was the only one who said he would do a diagnostic. Ken then walked us through what they found and even adjusted the pricing accordingly. Everything was awesome. They take care of my car like if it's their own. They look at everything, fix what needs to be fixed and keep my 10 year old Cayenne running like new. They even gave it a car wash!!
