Love the people at Accel. John is amazing. He's fair and trustworthy. Fair prices. Loaner cars available, so I can get my errands done while my car is being fixed. If they mess up, which is rare, they handle things without additional stress.
Our extended warranty company recommended Accel and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We were able to get an appointment online within a couple of days at the time we requested. They were super nice, explained everything to us thoroughly, took care of the warranty claim for us directly through the warranty company and even contacted a transmission shop to check up on the code our car was displaying.
