I would first like to say I made a previous review and was threatened to take it down or my car will not be fixed apparently. In fear I took it down . When I brought my car to richies , I had originally needed simple bosy work done on it, after weeks of back and forth my car was finally ready. When I picked it up I noticed that parts of my car weren't fixed appropriately and further damage was done , my grill had been dented and the rubber piece that goes in between the hood and grill was ripped and pulled out... I brought my car back after constant deliberation and I picked up my car today , my car was NOT fixed , I was forced to call the police because Richie would not tell me where my car was ( it was ready just not on the lot but couldn't tell me where it was for OVER an HOUR) once cops arrive he finally says where it is. When my car came back on the " richies auto lot" after being at " Lopez's lot" my grill was messed up , my hood of my car had a gap in-between it and my grill ,

Richie was great! He’s extremely efficient and honest about your options. I took my car in for inspection, and ended up needing new tires - which was going to interfere with a car detailing appointment I had scheduled. He quickly offered to get the tires done next day AND have my car brought over to their partner, Perfection Car Wash, for a detailing (and brought back!). He priced everything out together and I had my car back with new tires and a full detailing in less than a day. Will definitely be a return customer! Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

I first went to Richie's for an inspection and decided to return to them for my maintenance and finally get a divorce from Toyota. At 82,000 miles, Richie recommended a 90K tune-up. As a woman who has been taken advantage of by many a mechanic, something about this place instilled confidence that that would not happen. They did everything they needed to do but nothing more- the list checked above- including replacing my terrifyingly consumed front brakes, which I had an inkling were going. I feel like the car has a new lease on life and I will definitely continue maintaining it at this quant throwback to 1983, even though I had to leave with a paper receipt.
