I was chasing a reduced power mode / check engine light issue for over 1 year in my 2004 Silverado. I’ve changed almost everything related to the issue and still couldn’t fix . Mike at r and a took my car in, had it for a couple weeks, tested everything I installed, drove it, checked every wire in and out and found the issue. Kept checking in on me every couple weeks to make sure it didn’t come back on until he was sure it was 100% fixed and I was happy. Highly recommended .. great service and quality work. The have been servicing all my vehicles for years, always honest with outstanding service. I also purchased cars from them with great satisfaction. I will always take my cars and trucks for repairs and checks knowing they fix what I need. I used to do my own brakes and other small repairs, but since R and A came to Peabody I don't have to do any repairs anymore.
100% recommend R & A automotive. My check engine light came on and come to find l out my current shop had closed. I gave these guys a call and I had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed within 2 days. The guys over there were super professional and didn’t try to scam me into fixing stuff that wasn’t wrong.
