I recently visited Rte. 1 auto service for my vehicle and the level of customer service they provide is something i have rarely been afforded. they went above and beyond with solutions they absolutely did not have to reach into. given the stigma of auto mechanics being less than scrupulous RTE 1 Auto has something that others do not and that is upfront honesty and integrity. my experience specifically with Linda and Steve was everything you’d hope for in an auto service. i recommend them for anyone that is weary of finding a company that they don’t know they can trust. thank you RTE 1 auto, i am truly grateful for everything you did for me!

Hit a big piece of debris on the highway coming from new Hampshire. I called them being the closest auto shop around. They had me bring my vehicle right in & looked at it almost immediately. They were able to locate & diagnose the damage right away. They gave me quotes and a time frame of the work very quickly. Great people & great customer service, I would highly recommend.
