Natick Gas Auto Repair

I have been going to Natick gas and auto religiously now for 2 years. I finally have my “place” Instead of always stressing about where to go. Simon (the owner) and all the others are so welcoming and HONEST. There is no bullshit. I can honestly say in my 25 years living in this area, this is the first auto repair that I don’t dread walking in to. They are thorough, go above and beyond, treat you like royalty…. Educate you and keep you informed and do **** good work. highly recommend!!!

Outstanding service here! I came in after my car’s oil pan became unusable DURING an oil change somewhere else. Natick Gas was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed day of. All the employees were incredibly kind throughout the process and very knowledgeable, including about European cars like mine. Fair prices and just an overall great experience. Highly recommend! Our car had an issue with electricity generation while we were driving from Boston to Tennessee on our way back from college for the summer. After calling around to various places along the road, we determined that Natick Gas Auto Repair would be the closest shop to accommodate us. Upon arriving at the shop and a brief inspection of the car, the owner (Simon) and the mechanics asked us about the car's history, giving us the impression that the problem was likely not an easy one to fix. The next day, they were able to clearly identify the problem - due to a poor alternator installation (Pep Boys in Tennessee), the engine mounting place was cracked, and the alternator could not be properly positioned with one bolt (note that reaching the alternator in an Infiniti QX60 is not an easy task). We decided to leave Boston while the repair was being done. They assisted us in partially unloading the car and placed it inside the shop.
