Please ignore the 1 star reviews. This customer purchased a car from another shop. They did not disclose the vehicle was in an accident. Ralph and his team completed a safety check for mass state inspection requirements. The car passed.

This guy sold me a used car which e claimed bad a ton of work done and it was in excellent shape. I went to get the car and it would not start so he claims he put a new battery in it. Less than 300 miles later and the battery froze up and it also needed a new alternator. He refused to do anything about it as we had passed the 30 day warranty. He takes zero responsibility for cars he sells and has terrible customer service. Updated to add- AC hasn't worked all summer.

Natick auto clinic has fixed my car multiple times. When I brought back my car for what I though was a new problem they fixed it free of charge because the problem was with a part they had fixed months before. They could have easily charged me for it and it’s nice to know that they are there to help and not try to rip people off.
