Letizia and staff at pride went above and beyond to help me. They were busy as can be but still made it all happen. Letizia was absolute pleasure and I won’t go anywhere else. Was able to schedule an oil change within 24 hrs. The dealer is very efficient with everything organized by text msg. Took 2 hrs & 15 min to get everything done, about an hour longer than expected. Waiting lounge is fine, a little on the small side, no food or drink. No car wash (they do that in California)
