The guy Carlos that works there who is the mechanic was very helpful in explaining to us about what we needed to do and how we needed to do it we are currently with Audi in Peabody and they have had our car for a month and have not done nothing to it and the estimate they gave us to fix our car was outrageous so we are going to Estrada and he has let us know how it is done at Audi and how it is done with them so we thank him very much thank you

(2008 Lexus LS 460 code p0171) …..Carlos and the guys at the shop are incredible. I spent months going to different mechanics only for them to tell me “ I don’t no , it can be so many different things, bring it to the dealer” OR guess and change parts that were not the cause of the issue.( mass air flow sensors, spark plugs, air filters, gas cap) Last resort was to bring my car to Lexus dealer who told me they would require 3 hours for diagnostic just because it sounded like an advanced problem. Luckily I got in contact with Carlos brought the car down and it took him less than 15 minutes to pin point the issue. (O2 sensors ) HE IS INCREDIBLE!!! His team is incredible!!! He is honest, fair, sympathetic and you don’t find that in shops these days. I will recommend Estrada Auto Repair to anybody that needs there vehicle serviced without question. Incredibly fast, great service at a good price. I don't usually leave reviews but i had to this time becauthe service was that good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
