I highly recommend this auto body shop! My car needed a bumper replacement so I had dropped off my car at the shop. Irene was very friendly, personable, and informative about the damages, car rental process and so forth. Enterprise was supposed to take me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle but didn’t so I was left scrambling for transportation at the last minute. I called and told Irene what had happened and she did not hesitate to come and get me. My entire family has been going to Olympic Auto Body since I was a teenager. They’ve always treated us phenomenally and make everything as easy as possible. I recently had an accident in my Audi and I was completely devastated. I absolutely love this car and the whole driver side was destroyed on it and I never thought it would ever look the same again. The accident happened on a Saturday night and it was at Olympic Tuesday morning. They handled everything from setting up the rental, doing the appraisal themselves and patiently keeping me updated on everything that was happening with it. I got my car back and it looks better than it did before the accident. Arthur and Irene are genuinely nice people and will do whatever they need to do to make everything as easy as possible. I selected this shop from a pre-approved list my auto insurance provided, after a hit and run accident. Great choice on my part. Irene was wonderful and kept me well informed throughout the process. She was able to arrange a rental that allowed me to drop my car and jump into the rental car. I was able to drop the rental back at the shop when my car was ready. I was kept well informed, and my car repairs were completed within the timeframe specified. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. Service: Body & Trim
