Took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for an alignment, upon receipt of my vehicle, my steering wheel was completely uncentered. I went back the same day and was advised by the gentleman to take it to the dealership and if it's not done right to redo it and get a receipt. I made an appointment and got my car realigned, correctly. I went back the following week (once I had my appointment) and the young lady at the counter was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I explained to her what the gentleman said and she refused to refund me the monies paid. She pretty much BARKED at me and did not allow me to speak. I advised her that I will dispute this with my CC company. I have 2 receipts for the SAME service within 2 weeks apart from each other. Why would I voluntarily go pay to get the same service done if it was done correctly the first time? Absolutely dismayed with the service provided. You will be hearing further from me.
