Friendly owners & staff, application was super fast (my wait was about 1 hour long), and BEST prices around! My favorite old metal valve stem caps were also changed over with the new tires - thank you for saving them!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are fair and upfront. I had a nail in my tire and, because it was inside the tread, they were able to plug the whole and it only cost $15. A less ethical business might have told me I needed replacement tires and charged me much more.
I came in for an alignment and tire balance, they said they couldn’t do an alignment because my “tie rods are rusty”. I took it to Kelly Honda to inspect it and they said everything looks for fine and there’s no rust. Also they charged me $40 for tire balance, which they didn’t do at all. By the way I was there for 3 hours. But Susan is very friendly and polite.
