Poor communication with customers. If there is an extended wait for services, letting your customers know that when they arrive is very helpful. Not just saying ok, and taking the keys and registration at the front counter. Especially if there is over an hour wait, with inadequate seating or waiting room for your potential customers. Some proper customer service training would go a long way.... Service: Vehicle Inspection

Been going to Village Auto for years. Always do a great job, fair pricing, and very, very trustworthy. I just recently moved away from Holliston, but I am bringing my car back to Neil for service because I trust him. Highly recommended!!

Best service station around. Used to live in Holliston, but now live in Uxbridge. And I still go to Village Auto. Have bought more than 7 cars and trucks for my family and myself the past 15 years from them, all of them have been great. And most are still owned by us. Great service, reasonable prices, extremely knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend for all your auto needs.
