I scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 7:30am and 11 am to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up at 7:30 and no one was at the store even though they open at 7:30. Finally at 7:45 someone showed up. I went inside to drop off my keys and the employee informed me he wouldn’t be able to get to my car today because he was overbooked. I explained to him that I had a confirmed appointment and he said that it didn’t matter. What’s the purpose of allowing customers to schedule and confirm an appointment if you can’t get service? I will never be back

Me and my family have been a loyal customer for years but my last experience has changed all that. My daughter needed an exhaust after dropping off the car and no communication I brought it somewhere else. Surprisingly the catalytic converter was mangled and they didn't have the old part. The catalytic converter was not mangled I saw it myself before dropping it off and they know it. Great way of making a buck off a loyal customer ????

Stopped by today—great and friendly service! Staff was very professional, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to those who are looking to get their car/tires checked out!
