Picture this: it's 6:30 PM on a Friday before a holiday weekend. You're on a solo road trip and you just got a flat tire. Sounds like the beginning of a horror story, right? Enter Dana, riding in on a white horse and white hat! Okay, maybe he didn't have a horse or a hat, but he sure was a savior. He put me at ease and patched up my tire in a matter of minutes. Thanks to him and the people of Monro Auto of Farmingham, my road trip had a fairy tail ending far different from its beginning.
Thank you very much to this Monro Framingham team for spending 1.5 hours Tuesday night 10/3 diagnosing and fixing a brake caliper job done incorrectly at another location. I appreciate the quality work!
