Very professional and courteous. They managed the whole process reps with the van. Even had the car rental ready. Not only did they repair the damage but they went above and beyond and detail the exterior and interior of the van. They also cleaned the engine and polished the headlights. My brand new car was hit in a parking lot and Ivans was able to take in my car within 3 days of the incident. Everywhere else I called had at least a month wait. I had a road trip coming up and needed the car back within 9 days. The team at Ivans were able to find the damage on the car, order the new parts, install them and paint the car all while working with my insurance company inside 9 days! So I left for my road trip on time! Not only that but I was insanely annoying to these people. I called almost every day to ask what the status was on my car and Mike was kind every single time. He would calmly tell me what had happened since the last time we spoke, what the next step would be, and when he thought I would be able to pick up my repaired car. He was a pleasure to work with. It should really go without saying but my car looks identical to the day I bought it. They completely fixed everything. Ivan’s did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear ended. The body repair looks great and they left the inside way way cleaner than they found it. The mechanics and secretary were extremely friendly and respectful and communicated the entire way through the repair process. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic.
