The customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever received before. They detailed my car it looks like when I took it off the lot the work they did it's brand new. I am so impressed with them I have already given their name to someone and I am sure they will pass it around. I took my S550 to be repaired and after the job was completed and the damage repaired, they detailed my car inside out. My car looked like brand new. The quality of service was exceptional, and all the employees are nice and friendly, they made me feel like I know them for years. I strongly recommend Drumond Precision Auto Body, and be confident your car is going to look amazing again.

Terrible!!!! Terrible services repair shop my car when I got car accident! After they fixed my car with some new parts. I picked up and drop to my home with engine full of check engine, epc, brake and other were on it! My husband found out that there is no radiator cooler in it! We were stressed out and went back to the repair shop. They replaced thermostat, spring, ball joint and some parts fixed. Then again we went to check and my husband found that battery were not tight it! Missing battery eu cover to hold the battery. They again fixed it. So for me to be honestly, the mechanic really NOT GREAT JOB to check it everything to make sure not missing and add cooler in the radiator! They costed very expensive almost $7k to the insurance. I was very regretting it!! Highly not recommended to go there!!
