Mavis Tires & Brakes

Nice people, but will lie to your face. I went in for an alignment, first tech tells me that the back wheels were off but typically they only align the fronts. Told the receptionist, he said it’s because they didn’t have the equipment to do the rears. Told the other receptionist, he told me that the car was damaged and they weren’t comfortable doing the back. I get the car back, and my tires were driving straight with my steering wheel aimed at about 10:30. Went right back in, they told me to come back tomorrow when the better alignment tech was in (first guy was new apparently!). Arrive the next day, wait three hours for them to tell me that I have active headlights which move with the steering wheel, and therefore they can’t do my alignment (I don’t have that feature). So now a week later I have a worse alignment than I started with. Thanks guys!

Went here for new tires and Robert was extremely patient and helpful while I made a decision. I had a lot of questions and they were very busy but he was understanding and gave me a discount! Best experience I've had at an auto service/repair shop.

Amazing service from the guys at Mavis. Had to get an alignment on a vehicle and was made sure to get in the same day and it was perfectly done - straight as an arrow. The manager Robert was awesome and so kind, make sure you go to him for anything you need! Price was also very reasonable :)
