Ira Lexus Service Center

This was my first time visiting Ira Danvers Service Center. I purchased my 2019 in March, and this was my 30,000 service. I was greeted by Dennis, who also gave me updates as to when my car would be ready. He was extremely friendly and courteous. The waiting area was very comfortable, and offered coffee, tea, juices and snacks, at no cost. When my car was finished it was very clean, inside and out. I was very pleased with my first service. Brendan is without a doubt the best service rep I have ever dealt with. Other than Mike Walsh of course, he's a legend! I've been dealing with Brendan now for 3 years or more on my three lexuses and he is by far someone that you better take care of. Brian O'Neill

I have been visiting this service department for 5 years now and every experience gets worse. I have never experienced genuine customer service. When I came in last Saturday, I stood in Marks line, while he assisted another customer, only to finish and then walk away with out acknowledging me or saying “I’ll be right with you”. Acknowledgment truly goes a long way when it comes to customer service. I proceed to the next line. I brought my car in for an oil change, expecting to pay about $50 but ended up paying about $280 for the Lexus factory service, in addition. While working on my car, the team noticed I needed new brakes. My service rep told me it would be about $590 for the front brake pads and $525 for the back and this would not include new rotors, they would only resurface the existing ones. I turned down the service as this cost was outrageous. My service associate then said he would talk to his manager to see if there is anything he can do on the price. He called me
