Nate and his team are fantastic. Went there for a vehicle inspection originally and my car unfortunately didn't pass; however, Nate clearly communicated to me why it did not pass, and allowed me to leave my vehicle in his care until the shop was back open. Nate then called when the shop reopened and explained options being sensitive to price and my needs both financially and how I use my vehicle. Within hours, the car was ready to go that same day. The team seeks not only to fix, but also to educate and explain why they are doing what they are doing. Also they attached my new front plate on for free when I told them I had the part to do so! Nate and his team have taken care of my cars for the last 8 years. Nate earned my trust on day one when I brought in my car and he opt in the car with me. Heard the sounds that was being made and immediately knew what was going on. He got under the car pulled something out that was loose and didn't need to be there and charging me $25. Since then I have definitely had to pay more money with more expensive repairs, but he is consistently repaired only what needed to be repaired and done it professionally. He will always recommend things when they are needed, but I have always found his pricing to be fair and his personability to be refreshing. He cares for his clients.

We've been bringing our cars here for repair for years. Wally is honest and friendly and his crew does a great job, quickly. We've gone through four cars since my husband started bringing his van in over 10 years ago. We've had to go to other mechanics along the way for either warranty or just location (alignment issues during a road trip, for example) and no one is as good or as fair as Chico's.
