I bought tires online and they fit me in to install them for my wife's mercedes, after a few days the right rear tire was losing air, I took the car back to them and they discovered a Crack on the rim which is common for low profile tires. The gave me the number for a repairman (Ricky), we scheduled with him to meet at the tire shop and they unmounted the tire from the rim and mounted and balanced it when the repair was completed. They went above and beyond with customer service and definitely earned my future business.
