The guy in the office not sure if he’s the owner or not but he refused to look at my car or service my car. I told him my engine light was on and he told me it was just the gas nothing is wrong with my car without even checking it. Mind you I have kids why would I ride around with kids with the check engine light on. I’ll be glad to spend my money elsewhere! After all it’s Robert, La so I’m pretty sure I know why he refused to look at my car.
My wife went by there to get a brake tag with no problem. I went there yesterday and one guy was very hostile with me and told me he didn’t have time to give me one. I’m black and my wife is white. I went to Aaron’s Towing instead. Very nice people.
Edit: I went back to get some basic repairs done on my vehicle (oil change, air filter, ect;). This time I was charged $80 an hr in labor and I never received my oil change. My total bill was over $300 and I feel taken advantage of. I will not be back again. Below is my original review Stayed late to help me with an emergency repair to my wheels. Kind and helpful at a reasonable price.
