They seem to take advantage of people with a limited knowledge on automobiles. They will present problems/conditions in a way that makes it seems like it needs to be corrected immediately or bad things will happen as soon as the drive of the property. An example of this would be the shop says that the fan belts are cracked and needs to be changed (right away). The fan belts did have some weather cracks. They needed to be changed but not at the tune of $400 on a belt that would last another year
