My recent experience with Toyota was my absolute least favorite of all. The tow plug in the rear of the truck wasn’t working the vehicle is only 3 years and the plug had never been used before. We did as much troubleshooting that we could, but couldn’t find anything issues. I called and scheduled an appointment with the service department and agreed to bring the truck in so that it could be looked at. I wasn’t told that I would have to drop the truck off, and because of that I wasn’t prepared to drop it off and leave it. I had to make arrangements to do it later that day. It was a very simple fix repairing the tow plug. Turns out it simply wasn’t plugged in all the way under the carriage. I just wish that I was informed at the time of scheduling the appointment that I would have to drop it off. I could have been better prepared.

Love this place every time. Doug always ensures that my vehicle is well taken care of. Short wait times and I love love love the coffee machine in the lobby. Thank you Ray Brant! .
