This visit didn't go too well. They told me I could use the restroom. And as soon as I put my foot down, I slipped fell on my butt. No one really helped me up. I was just sitting there for a few. I don't know, 30 seconds. trying to get up. Very greasy. I never got an official receipt. I got a portion of a print out and I felt pressure to get an air filter. Which I ended up doing for their stupid contest.
I was helped by Ralph. Such a Smart guy and definitely the best chosen to run that busy Take 5!!! Idk what y’all paying that man but it needs to be raised ASAP! Was able to manage 3 different cars and I still got out in under 10min Service: Oil change
The technicians were friendly. They shuttled me in quickly, processed my order while the other team members worked to make the oil change and other services that go with the oil change move efficiently. NO TIME WASTED!!
