Very nice staff,also want to thank Phillip Accardo for his smart and brilliant expertise in Advanced Auto Parts of Hammond... He is very helpful !!
Listed as a UPS drop off location. They accept your package, tell you pick-up hasn't happened yet that day and then sit with your package on their shelf for a month and wonder why I didn't notify UPS there was a pick up. Not only did a counterman process my package but had his manager verify that everything was correct. Yet a month later they tell me they NEVER send out the packages!!!!! Don't trust this store.
The lady at the counter was Very helpful & polite, thanks to her effert I managed to complete my shopping much smoother & faster, thanks again!
