Walked in with a nail in my tire. The service desk was friendly and helpful. Worked me into their schedule and got me going relatively fast. They repaired it and showed me the cause. I will use them in the future.
I absolutely loved my experience with Purcell! First I called and was met with care, compassion and help! I had two issues my truck needed a tire and my car was involved in a incident during the ice storm… I was met with solution and resolve! I cannot recommend them enough!
My van needed a new battery. Battery is located in the fender well so a bit more involved than the typical battery replacement. I went in early on a Saturday and got it replaced same day. The sales guy was very professional and helpful. I will definitely come back in the future for other repairs.
