I would normally give them a 5 star but their customer service wasn't anything to brag about . I took my car for a regular oil change and my battery died .. they were great in helping me figure out that it was my battery and not something else. They even took my battery out of my car for me , so nice , and for an extra fee they would install a new one for me . . But because I didn't want to purchase a $150 battery + $20 installation fee , from them I got an attitude instead of the nice friendly guy that greeted me when I first got there . I'm sorry but the oil change was close to $100 and a battery from them was another $150 . $250 isn't pocket change , I didn't have it . I got a ride to rural king and bought one for under $50 . And they had a little laugh about that , ," our battery's have 3 or 4 yr warranty,I don't remember the exact amount of years I was too mad , and those batteries well they are from rural king they won't last as long , they're cheap batteries " they said .
