I've been coming here for years. Everyone is very nice. The store manager Nelson is pretty much the best guy ever.
Honest and great customer service!!
I walk in at 11. I told them I needed a new tire and an oil change. He then proceeds to tell me they have been open since 7:30 and then tells me what every car in the shop needs to have done. Me as a customer, that wasn't called for. You are all there for the comfort of your customers. And customers should not know about every other cars situation. Very unproffessional. I've been trying to call since I have left, to try and get upper management contact info.. It's been an hour now, they've had phone off the hook I'm assuming.
