Charlie's Service Center

Charlie’s Service Center knocked it out of the park! They were courteous, spot-on with their estimate for repairs, and they had my Jeep back to me same day. I’ve had a similar repair done by the dealership, and Charlie’s Service Center was more affordable with quality work. I will definitely be a repeat customer if the time comes that I cannot do the repairs myself!

I'd been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades until they tried to rip me off. I had asked them to repair a specific problem and to call me with a quote if they found any other issues. They never made that call and did work I hadn't approved. They tried to charge me for almost $200 worth of work I didn't ask them to do and then refused to drop that from the bill or give me my car back. Incredibly disrespectful. Edit: Not charging for unauthorized work is not a discount and the only reason I was given this "discount" was after insisting til I was blue in the face that those expenses be removed from the bill (I said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that could be interpreted as threatening and deeply resent this gross accusation). Apparently they're sore about not getting away with it.

First time customer; went based on reviews and the length of time the business has been operating (since the 80s!). Very friendly and professional service. Repair was completed (fuel sending unit and tune-up) quickly and the actual cost matched the estimate. Will certainly go back if I need auto repairs in the future. Thank you!
