Payless Muffler and Brakes

Thank you to Mike and Jerry! Had our muffler fall off on the highway and they got us in and back on the road again so quick since we had a long trip still. Sincerely, the cheesehead.

Definetly would go back!! Brought my vehicle over to get an exhaust leak fixed on my catalytic convertor. Theses guys fixed it and also checked with me before fixing a second leak they identified. A month later when the exhaust leak came back, I brought the vehicle back to them. They were very friendly about quickly repairing the new exhaust leak. (I had my original receipt so they didn't charge me for the "quick" repair either). Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Took car in with warning light, 2 repairs and $1200 later I have same issue. Never fixed problem. I think Travis guessed at what needed to be fixed. When I spoke to him, just made excuses. AND, on a repair done, bolts were not secured properly and 1 was left off. Spoke with him and he never got back with me. Expected more from this place, guess I was wrong. Can't even take ownership for their mistakes. And, didn't try to rectify or reimburse for any of my cost since problem was never fixed. ????
