Had some issues with my car and Bill went to the extreme this time. Not only is it convenient with the pick up drop off service, but they did everything over and above than what I expected. It's nice to know there is a place to go when you own an "older car." Thanks again to all at Elite Automotive.
Elite replaced my cv axle and after that my car shakes during acceleration and high speed. Elite tried replacing it with another rebuilt axle and the problem still exist. They promised to replace it with a oem like axle but after 6 month they never contacted me back. I’ve reached out multiple times and they just kept pushing the timing further out. I would not recommend this shop. Go to Steve’s automotive repair instead!
Good professional people. Communication during the repair process was good. Job done within a respectable time frame. We were happy.
