I'm new to the area and needed an urgent car repair. I chose Smith Specialty Automotive because of the high ratings and the proximity to my house. Jordan is a legit nice guy with a sense of humor, provides stellar customer service and had me back in my car in about 2 days. He followed up with a text a few days later to make sure all was well with the repair. Save yourself time and take your business here. You won't regret it!

While unfortunately I had to get many things done on my car, and unfortunately the economy makes things very expensive; Smith Specialty Automotive provided great service for an appropriate price. They answered the many questions I had, showed me the behind the scenes of how they recommend things to be done on the car, and tell you honestly if you need something or not. They provided a loaner car free of cost which absolutely blessed me and allowed me to get to work hassle free without having worry about my repair job that would take a few days. Definitely gained my trust and recommendation.

Moved to Kansas 5 years ago, and was in need of a mechanic. Tried a few different places over the years until I found Smith Specialty Automotive. From my first experience with them to my most recent, they always do great work and are always transparent about anything that my family’s vehicles might need to keep us going.
