Mike Wells (Service Adviser), was awesome when it came to explaining things to me as to what needed to be replaced soon (parts) and the things they did for service today in the quick lane service area. Dealership maybe pricey but at least if they break something, they'll tell you and then replace it unlike valvoline employees!
FIX YOUR WEBSITE no one can see what cars or trucks are on the market I type in lariat and it pops up with no vehicle even tho I've spoken to a team member who has showed me the truck. This makes me want to not put in the effort to look for a vehicle at this location
I really appreciate the follow up to a bad experience ... evidence that there is customer service and they do care. Originally, I was told 1-1.5hrs for an oil change. After more than an hour, there was another car ahead of mine and when I questioned what had occurred there service representative said there was a problem.
