Got a coupon in the mail addressed to me as a previous customer. Coupon was for a $29.97 oil change. Scheduled a week in advance and mentioned the coupon over the phone, all was good. Arrived for appointment and was told they couldn't honor the coupon without having it in hand. They charged me $66.75 for the oil change. Classic bait and switch, won't return. Service: Oil change
