this dealer is very professional, and low pressure. they made me feel very good about the purchase. plus they have a lifetime power train warranty on new and used certified cars! I give them a 10 out of 10. trust me that's hard for me to give out!

I’m sure the actual technicians working on the car are wonderful, however the young staff working the checkout desk are rude and inappropriate. Kayla and the other younger gentlemen did not greet me right away, and when I approached them they acted irritated that I was even there. Kayla cut me off mid sentence while I was asking her a general question regarding my car. Horrible customer service skills. Seems to me these kids hate their job and should probably find another career if it makes them such miserable human beings. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

This new system they implemented is very cool, you get a video from the technician explaining how the car situation is and suggested repairs. The text from the services representative (Tyler) were also on time and keeping us appraised of the entire process. Overall great experience.
